Kundlo operates on a transparent, prepaid pricing model based on Kundlo Points. This pricing policy outlines our current plans, pricing structure, and related terms.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes as per Indian regulations.

Subscription Plans

Kundlo offers prepaid subscription plans that grant Kundlo Points, which are consumed when you use premium features. Our current plans are:

Prarambh (Trial)

Kundlo Points System

What Are Kundlo Points?

Kundlo Points are virtual credits used to access premium features within the Service. They are purchased through subscription plans and consumed when you use paid functionality.

Point Consumption

Points are consumed for the following types of features:

• ◆Birth Chart Analysis: 5 points - Comprehensive analysis of your Vedic birth chart
• ◆Dasha Analysis: 8 points - Vimshottari and other planetary period interpretations
• ◆Gochar (Transit) Analysis: 8 points - Current planetary transits and their effects on your life
• ◆Chart Query: 3 points - Specific questions about your birth chart
• ◆Milan (Compatibility) Analysis: 15 points - Complete compatibility matching between two individuals
• ◆PDF Report Generation: 25 points - Full detailed astrological report delivered via WhatsApp
• ◆Web Search: 1 point per search - Supplementary information lookup
• ◆Knowledge Base Search: Free - Always accessible for astrological information
• ◆Profile Management: Free - Creating and managing birth profiles
• ◆Payment Management: Free - Recharging and managing your account

The point cost for each feature is clearly displayed before you use it, so you always know how many points will be consumed.

Point Properties

• ◆No Cash Value: Kundlo Points have no cash value and cannot be converted to currency.
• ◆Non-Transferable: Points cannot be transferred between accounts or users.
• ◆Non-Refundable: Once purchased and credited, points are non-refundable (except in specific technical error cases - see Refund Policy).
• ◆Expiration: Points have a validity period tied to the purchased plan (15-30 days). Expired points are forfeited and cannot be restored.
• ◆Profile Limits: Each plan has a maximum number of birth profiles (5-50 profiles). Additional profiles require plan upgrades.
• ◆Value Tiers: Point value per rupee increases with higher tiers - Prarambh (3.0 pts/₹), Vistar (4.0 pts/₹), Sampoorn (6.0 pts/₹).

Payment Methods

We accept payments through the following methods, all processed securely by Razorpay:

• ◆Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, RuPay
• ◆Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, RuPay
• ◆UPI: All major UPI apps (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)
• ◆Net Banking: All major Indian banks
• ◆Wallets: Paytm, Amazon Pay, and other major wallets

All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) only.

Payment Security

• ◆Razorpay Integration: All payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI DSS compliant payment gateway.
• ◆No Card Storage: Kundlo does not store, process, or have access to your credit card, debit card, UPI, or bank account details.
• ◆SSL/TLS Encryption: All payment transactions are encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS protocols.
• ◆Secure Authentication: Razorpay uses multi-factor authentication and fraud detection systems.
• ◆Regulatory Compliance: Our payment processes comply with RBI guidelines and Indian financial regulations.

Taxes and Fees

• ◆GST: All prices displayed on Kundlo include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as per Indian tax laws.
• ◆No Hidden Fees: The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. There are no hidden processing fees, service charges, or additional costs.
• ◆Payment Gateway Fees: Payment gateway processing fees are absorbed by Kundlo and not passed on to customers.
• ◆International Cards: For international cards, your bank may apply foreign transaction fees or currency conversion charges. These are controlled by your bank, not Kundlo.

Pricing Changes

• ◆Right to Modify: Kundlo reserves the right to modify plan prices, point allocations, and validity periods at any time.
• ◆Advance Notice: For material price changes, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice via WhatsApp or email.
• ◆Existing Purchases: Price changes apply only to future purchases. Points already purchased and credited to your account remain valid according to the terms at the time of purchase.
• ◆Feature Pricing: The point cost for specific features may change. New pricing will apply when you use the feature.

Promotional Pricing

• ◆Discounts and Offers: From time to time, Kundlo may offer promotional discounts, special offers, or bonus points.
• ◆Limited Time: Promotional pricing is available for a limited time and subject to specific terms and conditions.
• ◆Non-Transferable: Promotional benefits cannot be transferred between accounts or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• ◆Fair Use: We reserve the right to limit the use of promotional offers to prevent abuse.

Payment Issues and Disputes

• ◆Payment Failed: If your payment fails, please check your payment method details, ensure sufficient funds, and try again. Contact your bank if issues persist.
• ◆Payment Debited but Points Not Credited: If your payment was successful but points were not credited within 30 minutes, contact us immediately with your payment details for resolution.
• ◆Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same transaction, we will refund duplicate charges upon verification.
• ◆Disputes: For payment disputes, contact our support team first at support@kundlo.com. We will work with Razorpay to resolve legitimate disputes.

Refund Policy
